Not a stellar week for season / series finales.

You know those campaigns about breaking the cycle of generational abuse? I feel thats where I am in a work setting.

I like to think there are certain movies and shows built upon a chain of actors going "oh, he/she is in? i wanna join!" and the project's hype is powered by this ensemble which tends to distract from the quality or substance of the work itself.Very long winded way of saying I just watched Nine Perfect Strangers.

Got time for me to think about it I guess. If SP confirms a more comfortable venue, i’m inclined to do that instead.

Absolute terrible thoughts plurk

Is A24 fatigue a thing? Cuz Opus, Death of a Unicorn, and even Warfare were a bit underwhelming. Hoping Eddington, Materialists, and The Smashing Machine pick it back up.

The amount of times theres a dangerous hospital event at Greys, pushing everyone to their limit, and then Jo and Linc are elsewhere obliviously having sex is shocking. My god The Pitt can’t come back soon enough.

While only beggining this last batch of Andor episodes, this is my key takeaway for the season. [Updated with finale thoughts so spoilers]

As much as I want to always yearn to fast forward to the weekend, there are times where I wish I had more time to do the work better.

It is beyond frustrating and disheartening to try and have a dialogue with people who always feel like they are trying to win an argument. But that’s advertising for ya.

In unrelated news, this new renovated mall opened up right next to my office. And their toilets are exquisite. Clean. Nice, mechanical bidets. Sort of toxic trait for me to make the 5-10min walk there every time I do a poop break lately.My previous plurk was on my mind as I walked there earlier.
