FUN FACT: (For some reason
Larry
and I were talking about hotdogs last night. Don't ask.)
Recently found out red hotdogs, which are common to us, are nowhere to be found in Indonesian supermarkets but are widely available in the streets and red dogs always have a kind of ghetto view to them.
Always associated the red dyed dogs with cheap meats. I know the TJ hot dogs are good, but I only like those if they're the giant sized ones. The smaller one still feel like street food for me.
But then again, as Wendee keeps reminding me, I've got American tastebuds.
Ano nga ba ang origin ng red hotdogs? Yung TJ walang kapalit talaga sa lasa but they could try and lessen the redness, it leaches into everything it touches.
