Is A24 fatigue a thing? Cuz Opus, Death of a Unicorn, and even Warfare were a bit underwhelming. Hoping Eddington, Materialists, and The Smashing Machine pick it back up.

Sad to hear Death of a Unicorn is no good. Was high on my backlog list with the cast.

Though I really liked Warfare.

Autobot Abubot : Unicorn was nice but felt like an extended Rick & Morty episode. Warfare was great for what it was. I guess I was expecting Civil War levels of catharsis.

Never got through Civil War. Usually love Alex Garland films, but that one felt too heavy for me.

Autobot Abubot : Should note its apples and oranges between Warfare and CW. The latter is much larger in scope. Warfare shares a lot of the same weight and tension but kinda ends before you know it.
