Had the worst service at the Apple store it was so bizarre. The chick who sold me my watch could answe zero questions and couldn’t help me with anything - what the hell lolol. Thankfully I had already read a ton and said whatever - but just wow. Usually Apple store is amazing.

I can actually understand that (sort of). My husband has a PhD in Computer Science so can tell you exactly how the machine works (in detail. Don’t ever ask him unles you REALLY want to know) but is often clueless how to use the PC/smartphone/tablet
