I'm suspecting that our surgeries were slightly different but here is my advice:

know your limit and actually do stand/walk to just before you know itll be too much. dont push yourself but do move around some

Yee, a little walking around is good, but it'll be a bit before you can stand straight again.

Hiccuping sounds awful though. I got the sneezes a couple of times and that was horrendous.

: he said a gallon of milk, i suspect so i can pick up my cat. but yeah, gentle moving and stretching, I'm still shaking a little (knock out drugs) but I'll walk more once I'm not. Falling is bad.

popartcrisis: luckily i tend to sleep on my side curled up anyway but yeah I DID manage to stretch out for a few minutes laying down to stretch my hips but staying curled otherwise.
