Just got to go 'why are you slapping your grandson?!' at Grace. Poor baby just wanted to sleep on my bed in peace.

I have mopped the kitchen. Twice. The first time with pinesol, the second time with plain water to get up the pinesol residue, etc. The water was filthy. There will be more mopping. But not tonight.

Shopping trip took long enough that I bought a bottle of water before Mom and I were done shopping and drank the whole thing right there in the store.

I need a shower. But Ben isn't home yet and if I go out there after showering, it would promptly undo it. Bleh.

Got a couple of my Space Jam shirts out of the dryer. Three guesses what song is now in my head.

Help, I've been sucked into Coral Island (think Stardew Valley) and it's SaintCynicism 's fault.

My room is cool compared to outside. It's about 85 in here.

It's 90 degrees out there. (Feels 5 degrees higher.) All I did was feed the cats and call for Ben. I feel awful.

One would think, that after yesterday's on and off thunderstorm, the water would all be on/in the ground instead of in the air.

Hopefully, Ben feels clever for not coming home last night when I called him, since it meant he got to be out in a thunderstorm with pouring rain. (He just came in.)

Dad decided to do t-bone steaks on the grill for Father's Day. So I have steak and a baked potato. (Between those things, there isn't room for anything else on my plate. If I remember to do so later, I'll get some beets.)

There were fireworks from what seemed to be the direction of the fairgrounds. I sat in a chair and watched while I was calling for Ben. (Who is now home.)

Arsinoe is throwing herself at Leia, despite the fact that Leia is a girl and cannot help her with her problem. (Girl, why are you in heat again.)

I just did my first tag in something like a year and a half.

A kitten apparently pooped in my shoe. Ask me how I know.

I woke up at around 2:20 to use the bathroom. Have yet to fall back asleep.

I woke up between 3:00 and 3:30 in the morning to pee and have completely failed at falling back asleep.

Yesterday, I had a grand total of about four hours of sleep, broken up into two segments. No sleep last night. Dunno how I'm still upright, but I'm working on fixing that.

Cleopatra and Arsinoe were having a spat. Then Leia showed up and they both went after her. Poor baby.

It's raining today, so my Benboy is an inside boy right now. He's hanging out on my desk. (I'm just as happy he's inside, tbh. Don't have to worry about him.)

I woke up at four in the morning to pee. I just gave up on getting back to sleep. I guess I'm taking a nap in the afternoon.

Arsinoe's children have decided to come out from under the bed. They're sticking to under the nightstand. Let's them have something to hide under while they look at what else is here.

I had trouble sleeping. Both in terms of getting to sleep and in staying that way. I had help with waking up.

I think Arsinoe's in heat. Never mind that her kittens are only twenty-five days old. (I went through my plurks to find when she had them for something more specific than 'around three weeks ago'.)

I have found that someone in this town is stupid enough to blow $80k on a cybertruck. This one is black.

Oh! Forgotten to mention earlier! I saw an actual cybertruck while in Lafayette yesterday.

Power went out yesterday at around six. It finally came back on within the last hour or so.

Three cats who were outside are now inside. (Two of whom, weren't supposed to be outside.)

Finished yesterday's yardwork and then went shopping with Mom. 'Scuse me while I die.

Yardwork happened today. So much for yesterday's shower.
