結果有些學校像哈佛和耶魯，黑人和拉美裔比例下降的沒有原來想像的這麼多。而且亞裔入學人數不增反減（但不願意disclose 種族的從 3%提升到 8%），另外耶魯和哈佛說他們加重了鄉村地區的錄取。

但有些學校像哥倫比亞，就很明顯非裔和拉美裔降低很多。

另外還有人質疑其實這些改變不大的學校偷偷做手腳，其實還是偷偷在錄取過程中考慮種族因素，像是在 personal essay 裡面提到種族對他們的影響（但不考慮種族歧視對亞裔或貧窮對白人學生的影響）。

我覺得也是一方面要表達他以前沒有歧視，但又不能和別的學校公佈出來結果差太多，所以一定很努力的在做手腳🤣

再來就是可能還是在其他地方努力考慮一下，加上亞裔學生不願意 identify 種族

然後我覺得很妙的另一件事是Amherst 的黑人學生從11%掉到3%，所以校長寫了一封信給全體同仁，說他們學校怎麼和別人差這麼多，要重新討論他們的招生方式，像是加權偏遠地方和小鎮招生。

我覺得這個問題是，顯然大家還是努力要透過不考慮種族的方式，把黑人和拉美裔學生招回來。他們實在應該公布的是收入才對，這樣就會把努力放到經濟弱勢的族群去了。

最高法院教你不要單單用種族來考慮多樣化的定義，可以用收入啊，但顯然大家的思考邏輯不是這麼樣的。

然後因為 Princeton 和 Yale 當初在作證的時候說錄取不考慮種族不可能建立一個 diversified student body，所以現在竟然可以，所以現在就也有人質疑那你現在怎麼做到這點的，還是你偷偷考慮種族了，是不是要公佈一下你怎麼弄的XD

而且這幾個學校的亞裔錄取學生還降低了XDDDD

哈佛的學生報說去年公布的黑人錄取是14%，不是今年公布的2023的18%

哈佛說他們把不願意揭露種族的去掉，（今年4%變8%）重算過了。

耶魯說他們今年錄取了更多第一代大學生和貧困生。
