Had a productive Monday, got a migraine just as I conquered anxiety and got to my old af tags, now abruptly awake (with sort of the CADENCE of the first episode Silt Verses in my head??) and not sure what to do 🤔
I could: - get up and try to tag, (might just have to quit; might fully throw off chance of NOT working at night all week) - listen to the next episode (chance of falling asleep) - try to go back to sleep (🤷🏻)
all seem reasonable for exactly the reasons they seem unreasonable. If I try to sleep and don’t, why didn’t I tag. If I try to tag and get a headache, will I be more disappointed than if I didn’t? If I fall asleep listening to a podcast have I lost anything unless it gives me nightmares? I don’t know!
I feel like wading in (pun intended) to the murder-sacrifice, drowning & body horror podcast and then being distressed by having left off on one or more of the above before sleep is a little “well I didn’t think the leopards were gonna eat MY face”
Haven’t slept but have ...drifted (pun NOT intended) definitely have thoughts about the foil that is Carpenter and Faulkner and also the ways they misinterpret eachother which I think (hi hello I’m on episode two but) is not just based on the personas they project but attitudes toward their god ...like. Hmm. Too much to ramble about now but just Thoughts.

Faulkner is way more obvious, especially with the accent:
GOOD POINT re: stages of life
