counterintuitive observation at work: kalau ada orang bisa marah-marah menyampaikan kritik atau frustrasi secara terang-terangan ke kita, ada dua kemungkinan:

masalahnya... ini... enggak ada 'middle ground'-nya. tergantung hubungan sih.

when people really trust you, they feel safe to let you know (with visible frustration...)
when people really don't trust you though, they feel unsafe so they lash out.
unfortunately, there seems to be no middle ground. the former is much more bearable though.
