been icing, gonna take an ibu here soon, managed to take a shower (deffo needed one, I was stanky)

should probably eat something when I get up to get the ibu and put the ice pack in the freezer

kinda just want to lay on the floor forever but I know if I get down there I'm not getting back up

and it's been slowly improving throughout the day (I think I slept at a bad angle and didn't sleep well, I know I was tossing and turning all night) and I think that made it worse

but since I been careful with it throughout the day it's been fine. Not better, but fine.
