Banana bread in the oven!!

I used Swamp Daddy ’ s advice and put sugar and cinnamon on the bottom of the pan.

It’ll be out of the oven in about 5-10 minutes. Oh and you know that thing when you take the beaters out of the batter and it sprays on the walls around you? Yeah, that happened. LOL

Major disappointment. I don’t think it baked all the way through. I don’t know how that happened. The poker came out clean and I poked it in several places and at different angles too. I don’t get it. How? It still tastes ok just really dense. Bummer.

You were supposed to put it in pint jars, not a pan.

Did you put the poker in properly?
