明明這些把持權力的人都知道「已術」跟「未術」對於台灣來說，是一個很重要的意見分水嶺，但他們為了自己的方便，從前不會、以後也不會在問卷調查裡面揭露訊息

「跨女是生理女因為他們是女」
這也是一個點，台灣社會也通用，當大家認為跨性別=變性人=已手術的時候，當然「包容度」就會比較高，但會影響政策的問卷都很巧妙的避開了「有沒有手術」這點
「變性手術」這點也很妙，目前台灣還好是因為釋函還在那，所以大家對於變性手術的印象還是摘除腺體，但當免術開始，那麼「變性手術」是不是就跟現在一堆跨女宣稱的一樣了？
