Eirin is implied - but never officially confirmed - to be the living form of wisdom god Omoikane, and yes Princess Kaguya is that one.

Any indication that Kaguya is a shut-in who plays video games all day is pure fanon; yes she slums about Eientei but it's more of a "privileged princess" slumming than "actual NEET" slumming.
