There's dialogue in DepaPre that's like borderline nonsensical at times. Sometimes because it's using allusions or analogies to something else, other times for no discernable reason at all because there was clearly no real quality control on it.

Ran's dialogue in particular seems to get especially butchered.

I can't remember what it was, but I'd been kind of mentally fixing it and at one point Amane said something that was just completely incoherent and my brain finally took notice

this was episode 21 and like. Not only was there copious grammar errors and the stiffness of Ran's dialogue not fitting how she talks, the explanation of... Yui's grandma watering tomatoes?

after a few seconds I could suss out what it was TRYING to say, but it just felt like a jumble of words on a first pass

I've certainly noticed things before now, but this episode finally made me snap

Ran especially stood out because like five episodes ago we had one pointing out how Ran talking stiffly would be weird!!
