He got $600,000 to give a speech taken from safety net money, from money for the poorest people in MS. When it was found out he repaid it (but not the interest) and said he had no idea. That's a lie.

They spent $5 million of welfare funds on the fucking volleyball stadium and $70 million total on things having nothing to do with welfare.
