but he kinda of gets where Maul is coming from. There's only a tiny handful of people he'd accept physical contact from while on the verge of Beasthood, for example
Vyng's met Trenchies who've learned to control their Beasthood through their personal relationships with others. That level of self-awareness and vulnerability is a lowkey long-term goal for him
It'd be easy to chalk it up to, say...denial or some need to minimize negative feelings (which is kinda how I initially interpreted him, tbh, when I first started listening)
he still feels anxious and sad and depressed about certain things, and he's got his low points. but also, if he's gonna go through the shit, he may as well swim through it with faith that things will work out somehow

He can be surprisingly pragmatic? Shrewd? In the way he leverages his inventory, personal relationships, and the environment itself to make shit happen
it's not often it comes up in RP, though, since I don't throw him into many crazy combat situations. Delving a little into that part of his personality is a nice change
YEAH Michael ordinarily might not even have been that tetchy about visible mending (although a little bc he's finicky) but the corruption was already starting a little then
(I'll never forget that time in canon where their ship is about to sink, Vyng sees Billie strapped to Tuck in a baby bjorn, and he just shouts "B-b-b-bjorn to be wild!!!" like he just bumped into them at a party instead of while they're getting hunted down by a literal demon god)
7. Billie. this is absolutely the kind of canon where terminology like "dick monster" and "piss monster" will appear during genuinely serious, heartfelt conversations
nah it's fine. I don't think it's a stretch for him to know it, but I don't recall a discussion icly. unless my memory is failing me. I think it would make sense for him to know that though. I just don't think I handled much of that fallout, he had other anakin issues to deal with lmao
We did not have an onscreen IC discussion but then...most of the resolution to that did not get on screen. :-/ I feel certain Ezra would have said something.
