Tuesday's Outdoor Workout: 3+3+3+3+3+4+4+4+4+4+4 = 39Reps of ONE-ARM cheater Chinups (left,right) so actual total is 78 Reps. 20+20+20+20 = 80Reps total of Hybrid Squats and 30+35+35 = 100Reps total of Cheater Pullups and I also did 30Laps around the Tennis Court in my Wheelchair at Woodcrest Park in Maple Grove.
