I think it’s a situation like with Boudica where Chaldea gets a version that’s technically weaker than normal but also much less likely to murder them all if angered

Her Bond 4 line even pretty much states what her specific trigger is and frankly I can absolutely see some well-meaning idiot accidentally stepping on that landmine and getting wiped out
