the U.K. Ministry of Justice has acknowledged that since 2010, seven out of the 124 sexual assaults against females in custody — or 5.6 per cent — have been perpetrated by transwomen, who account for about one per cent of the prison population.
The L.A. Times reported last week that the California prison system has received 261 applications for transfer since Jan. 1 from transgender and non-binary inmates. Inmates at Central California Women’s Facility told the Times that staff had warned them of potential sexual violence from trans imposters.
So far, the prison system has transferred four inmates to the Chowchilla women’s prison, approved 21 gender-based housing requests and denied none. Of the 261 requests, all but six asked to be housed at a women’s facility.
Jones said the law should have first focused on those who have transitioned or are in the process of transitioning before allowing for others to transfer.

所以她再度強調，性少數專責監獄或許不完美，但會是最接近完美的解決方案。
頂樓的個案，愛爾蘭的Barbie，2020年的時候年僅18歲，被指控性侵與挖眼暴力行為。
他在十幾歲的時候就展現對女性照顧者的性慾以及攻擊企圖。

關於加拿大的女子監獄，因為大部分的囚犯都不是因為暴力犯罪被收監，所以該監獄的管理方式與男子監獄大為不同，獄卒沒有配槍，而且因為大部分的囚犯曾經遭受男性施暴性虐，所以男性的獄卒並不被允許進入廁所與浴室。
也就是說5.6%的監獄中性侵，由只佔1%獄中人口的跨女進行。

在261則申請當中，255則是請求轉移到女子監獄。
所以這名律師否定了Jones的意見。

關於前面提到的監獄性侵女性犯罪案例124起(攻擊者是法律身份女性與非換證跨女合計)，是部長在國會接受質詢說的，我還沒找到英國法務部的正式書面報告。
也就是說，除了惡名昭彰的Karen White，英國監獄至少已經有七起跨女性侵案例。
是124起性侵案中有7起是未換證跨女犯案，還是124名性侵犯中，有7名是未換證跨女？
不過2018那60個性侵前科(另外加5個未遂)自稱跨女囚犯就不是看受害者人數了。
