Back cover is completely bent and folded on one. Front cover ripped on another. And the pages all bent and folded on the third - this one when I unpacked the box, three books had slid INSIDE THE BOOK so no wonder the pages are all screwed up

: they really are. and they're only offering me a refund for them, not to get them reprinted (FROM THEIR OWN PRINT ON DEMAND FACILITY) I can't sell non-existent books at a convention... I refund don't do much for me

: I'm returning the two I definitely can't sell. My author friend said she'd take the one that had minimal page folding so I don't have to return it...
i can take the damaged ones, if they're refunding you for it? i'm pretty sure i'm going to end up lending some copies people won't return, so that could still be of some use further down the line
