[MH/idk what's happening here/tmi but not actually gross] This is the second night in a row where I have felt totally fine until I went to bed, only to feel horrible and weird and unable to sleep within an hour. Is anyone around to just chat, here or on Disco?

I just woke up from stage 1 tossing and turning in full panic mode because I feel both bloated like a fucking balloon with a lump in my throat and insanely hungry which is a WEIRD and unpleasant sensation that is doing all sorts of things with my stomach issues
