[MH/idk what's happening here/tmi but not actually gross] This is the second night in a row where I have felt totally fine until I went to bed, only to feel horrible and weird and unable to sleep within an hour. Is anyone around to just chat, here or on Disco?

I just woke up from stage 1 tossing and turning in full panic mode because I feel both bloated like a fucking balloon with a lump in my throat and insanely hungry which is a WEIRD and unpleasant sensation that is doing all sorts of things with my stomach issues

emotional scary stuff, like survivor's guilt (based around suicide) but also with the themes of trying to improve yourself past that.
