Angelo, being Angelo, started as a smart jackass kid since childhood. His kid voice is done apparently by a boy (in contrast to the Japanese dub, a female voice actor) and is a bit lower than the others? I didn't think that would do too much of a difference at first but it made him sounded more mature and kid Angelo KNEW it.
Avilio's voice was then being low and monotone for most of the time. Somehow I thought of Franco Nero from Django, by the fact that they were both slick, ruthless pricks in the wall.
The dub changed a surprising amount of the lines, but the pace was tight. There were moments they slid pointless curses around but those kept the mood (and were undenyingly hilarious
