Sometimes, in your quests to hunt something, you'll encounter what's known as an invader. These are monsters that have a chance of appearing at random and aren't quest targets, but can get involved in the fight to attack either you or your target
In what can be described as an angry pinecone, the Bazelgeuse was designed after a bomber plane and, appropriately, its gimmick is dropping explosive scales around the area
Actually not that difficult to fight, if I'm being honest. Lots of attacks are slow and easily telegraphed and the only real thing it has going for it are the explosive scales
At high rank in particular, these little shits spawned frequently and would listen out to signs of battle, home in on your location and drop scales everywhere
You would then have to waste your time shooing away what I call the Bagel. Thankfully, dung pods have a decent chance of forcing a monster to leave an area
Then this hunk of shit and not only blue balls you from good music, but now you have to stop what you're doing and get this bastard out of here unless you wanna deal with multiple monsters at once
How would you like your fun halted by flying little targets who grant an enemy complete invincibility, make all your attacks bounce off of them and the only way to undo it is to kill this little shit of an enemy
You have to stop what you're doing and can hardly attack other enemies because the invincible one will group up with them and track down this fucker and kill it
And with it, some of the most-dangerous turf wars in the entire game.
