Been sleeping under a 15 lb weighted blanket the last 2 nights. Observations so far:

- weather is a bit hot for sleeping with a blanket

- nonetheless, when I first cover myself with it upon lying in bed, I feel like the anxiety is being squished out of my limbs and it's very relaxing

- I think I've been falling asleep faster?

- I know I've been having nightmares, but under the blanket, when I wake up, the nightmares immediately fade away and I can't recall anything about them (this is a blessing)

Conclusion: so far, totally worth the price
