[RL as it kinda relates to RP] Hi friends. I've had some stuff stewing for a while and I want to be transparent about it.

I'm not going to go into too much detail because I'm still trying to process everything, but the long and short of it is that my job is rapidly becoming a hostile environment, one I have no wish to work in.

So I'm going to be looking for another job starting now. It's not a decision I'm making lightly, because I've been at my current job for 10 years and change, and the thought of starting over makes me ill.

But things have been happening over the past few months that have made it apparent that it's only going to get worse, and I feel like the universe is telling me I need to get out.
