Soon I should be working 5 days a week instead of 4 so that should...help, because it's easier to stick to plan on work days because I walk so much.

Give yourself credit for whatever you did. It's the best way to deal with the "I haven't done enough" feeling. (At least, it works for me.)

I think it's also that I'm kind of bored too? It's simultaneously being bored, but not really feeling like getting up and doing anything. I'm not depressed or anything at the moment, just... chilling, I guess.
