How bloody hard is it to put 'closed to pedestrians between the hours of x & x' on the damn site?! Bad enough that nobody there answers the damn phones, so you can't even check.
If anyone is curious as to why this bugs me, I was hungry, noting is open close but them, saw '24hours' on the site, tried to call... no answer. Silly me right? Thinking I could get food at a 24 hour place...
Eh, at least it's still open for people with cars? We have a "24-hour" mcdonalds that can't make up it's fucking mind on whether it's a 24-hour mcdonalds or not.
Though it's nice to know that they're open at least a little, I like it when they say "drive-through only" everywhere for you to see, or at least have them...uhhh...
I'm pretty sure this place is supposed to be a 24hour 'full serve'... So come 8am I'm calling in a complaint... If for nothing else than failing to answer the damn phone when I was standing right outside the
I will say if they offer me 'free food' for this like they have before, I'll take it and give it to the first homeless person I see... because I'm done with their crap.
awww. :< See, mine usually never offer free food unless they forget something. :/ And they forget things so much at this point it's just not worth it to call back and complain.
Oh no... I'm calling the headquarters, not the shop itself... because if they closed down the seating area when it's supposed to be open, they get in big shit for that.
I hold out no hope of actually getting someone from the actual shop judging by the way they 'answer' the phone... Also something they can get in shit for as far as I know.
... and I did not know that was a 'walk up' window at the front of the shop... So they are supposed to be serving pedestrian traffic... They lazy fuck just didn't want to get up to come to the window...
>.<;;; Maybe I'm mad over nothing... but damn it. I want answers... this will teach em to not answer the phone though. If they had answered when I called in the first place, I wouldn't even have bothered to go.
Yeaah, very possible. We have a Popeye's like that near me. >8C It pisses me off almost every time I go there, so we go to another one a little farther away.
Granted, I'm going on secondhand info here... but really... why else would they have a 'drive through' window next to the front doors where it's walking space only?
Got through to the other 24hour mcd's about another 60ish min walk up the street from the place I stopped into... confirmed that yes, the place I went to should be doing walk in traffic because the one I
You better believe it. I have... er... hmm... ok, I thought I had some soup left, but nope... can of tomato paste and a can of mushrooms... I really need to get groceries...
I am in the same freaking boat today, except we had to drive all the way to Worcester which was really difficult when I was already sick, only to find that Denny's was closed because of carpet cleaning.
I'm bitching out the web designers for mcD's while I'm at it... since the least they can do is make a note of whats a real 24hour place and what's a 24hour drive through.
Good enough reason tbh. Honestly, I wouldn't have given two shits about this one if not for the fact that now I'm pissed. XD Had there been anything else open with food, I wouldn't have even been there.
Hmmm... whelp just got off the phone with the customer support. They do have a walk up window, it's just not open this time of year. @@ But at the same time, I was sent coupons for free stuff
The call rep said that they should really at least post seating area hours if they close that down for the night. Same with the walk up window hours and seasons.
So... it's good to know I'm not the only one annoyed by this... but geeze... more people need to call in to corporate/feedback call lines, because it does get results.
This is about the ony pic I could find atm, it's a lot fancier than the one at this place but...
