[HELP] So. The company wants to provide Christmas ornament crafting this year. Small children come in with a picture of their pet and turn it into an ornament.

The company - and this is where I hate everything - wants this shit to look nice. We're talking foam and felt and glitter. What options are there for bulk ornament crafting?

Because I am not cutting out foam backs and felt fronts with holes.

It looks like you can get pre-cut foam pretty easily. Not so sure about pre-cut felt though.

Salt dough, maybe? It would take forever to bake, but considerably less time cutting.

For fifteen stores, 100 ornaments a store, it doesn't get ridiculous and counts as marketing, a budget I still have $100k to blow.
