Ugh, AI frankenvideos made it to KCD fandom and I had to go on reblog spree to get rid of the frankenvideo this person reblog. I understand why she did it, but I don't want to see it. It makes me ill.

Yeah, so I have two tumblr mutuals in the KCD fandom who are not visual artists, meaning not posting fanarts, gifs, or edits. One is the reason I even saw the frankenvideos, the one I mentioned above. The other one is vehemently against it and only reblogged posts that work against GenAI movement. You know which one I am close to

If you want to use GenAI on yourself, for yourself, that's your choice, but I really can't appreciate people putting other people's works into GenAI.

Please just use blender and SFM like normal porn animators.

By the way, the frankenvideos I referred to were short videos taken from canonical scene to make the characters make out. You know how there is a particular function that GenAI app advertised to transform a photo into a making out video? Yeah, exactly that.

It's just so disrespectful imo because the whole scene was physically acted by real, human actors.

They did not make out at that very moment because... the direction!

I planned to rewrite that scene in my fanfic, but even I won't change that much. That scene is everything that I have ever wanted in a media. It's not soft porn, it's just... love.
