I heard there is an international force that will be put together to provide security. Think the UN blue helmets who went into Rwanda when they were going through civil war. But deciding which country sent how many troops, and the chain of command... This may take a few weeks. Enough for that "peace plan" to fall apart, and killings to start anew.
