Drifting apart at 7mm per year... So in 100 years, it gapes open by... 70 cm. Yeah, that sixth ocean is not going to happen during our lifetime! Still fascinating, though!

Yeah. Geological times do not match human time... The Earth has existed long before the Humans start walking upright, and will still exist long after Humans have driven themselves into extinction. It's a wonder what will come after us...

I hope it's better than us.

I am not really proud of us.

We are a very creative and highly adaptative race. Unfortunately, we seem to put most of our brain at the task of destroying each other. Yeah, not much to be proud of.

I guess there are still arts of all forms that are worth some pride...
