1030開始爬坡
植物豐富 黃藤 山紅柿 過山龍 卷柏 芒萁族群長得很好
1100越嶺點 接下來一路下坡
1210-30公路午餐 接駁

1240四堵古道走4k
日據時代的北宜公路 平緩好走
1500結束

1518跑馬古道 手機沒電 總之很好走
1800結束 車站附近吃雪花冰 1830賦歸
