okay good someone else saw what I did lol. the girl in the prophecy could have been dess. the prophecy itself might say that they need to kill the girl.

they killed the girl (dess) last time. and the fallen girl becomes the next knight.

I dunno I just feel this could be a fun direction. Like old turtle guy said, the same story can be retold in a different way.

December being the previous heroine seems correct!!!
