Man, this was one of my big RPGs back in the PSX days. Played it before 1, even.

Ah, Nuts : I played the briefest of 1 when my brother's friend brought it over once. Found 2 at a blockbuster and eventually got a full copy myself.

I've since gotten 3 and a remake of 1 (though never the original)

The full 3-D dungeons were probably its strongest suit, I think

I can't believe that, after spending years trying to find anyone else who ever even had played the game, at WSKY-4 I suddenly found myself surrounded by people who not only played but were fans of the game.

feel like there's a lot of games like that from the PSX era in particular: Legend of Legaia, Lunar, Wild ARMs. It was the wild west of out there JRPGs
