So I forgot to say anything but on March 11th of last year at exactly 12:04 AM, I went outside and smoked. I put it out and yelled to the neighborhood, "311, I am ready to fight!". And I haven't smoked since, not even vapes.

I have smoked off and on for 40 years. Admittedly, I got down to 1-3 a day for a bit, down from 25 a day. But I had gone back up to 7+ and even more than that when the Colts play.

- oh, no. Still got that weed. It's pretty much the only pain reliever anyone is allowed in Florida anymore. Much of the opioid problem came from here and now you could break your leg and they MIGHT give you a couple of low grade vicodin.

But because of my lungs, it's mostly just edibles. Other than that you have to rely on ibuprofen and acetaminophen for all pain relief. And booze.
