It looks like Ohio is set to ban DEI in higher ed, all but eliminate tenure (wide open revocation and retrenchment), and cripple faculty unions. Faculty will have to demonstrate how we are teaching “both sides.” Like the scientific consensus AND the crackpot theories and a single student can complain and the state will potentially revoke funding.

no quality faculty will teach there. Students will suffer.

People will either leave or be stuck in horrible situations because they lack options. It sucks all the way around
