none, the outer plastic shell that keeps the detergent encased can sometimes not dissolve all the time and can get stuck in your washing machine. But if you do use them then Tide.

I used Tide for a while but I noticed that because the plastic coating does not fully dissolve, it was leaving stains on our clothes, almost like a small spot of oil or something. I used Tide too. I'm sorry to not be helpful.

yeah I feel bad because I LOVED the idea of them. The no mess/fuss, where I'm not dripping laundry detergent all over. But they really did not work well.

i stopped using pods when i didn't need to pay more for the convenience. i use a concentrated tide liquid so i dont need to use as much.

also i found the pods to be more expensive

I use All free and clear no dyes no fragrance
