不過通常這個階段官方還不會有可能原因或改善建議,還在收可能缺的資料中大致看完了,資料很豐富,簡單
不負責任節錄一下。起飛後沒多久結冰警告響,組員依規定打開氣源除冰系統,但是不到一分鐘除冰系統失效(不確定與pack的關連性),組員依程序關閉除冰,然後繼續預定行程,沒多久結冰消失
。整個路上偶爾結冰警告響,組員就開開關關除冰
。落地前約半小時結冰警告持續響起,組員再打開除冰且說“好大一包冰”,但也沒申請緊急下降或(依sop規定)接手人工操作
。然後性能降低警告持續響,愈來愈嚴重,最後自動駕駛跳掉失控,一路向下掉的途中水平轉5圈後貼大餅撞地
