大致看完了,資料很豐富,簡單不負責任節錄一下

。起飛前,兩部與引擎氣源系統相連的空調機(pack)之中的一部故障無法使用,依規定仍然可以派飛,但高度不能超過17000呎(主要是艙壓無法維持),另外依天氣預報航線大部分區域都在積冰警告區
。起飛後沒多久結冰警告響,組員依規定打開氣源除冰系統,但是不到一分鐘除冰系統失效(不確定與pack的關連性),組員依程序關閉除冰,然後繼續預定行程,沒多久結冰消失
。整個路上偶爾結冰警告響,組員就開開關關除冰
。落地前約半小時結冰警告持續響起,組員再打開除冰且說“好大一包冰”,但也沒申請緊急下降或(依sop規定)接手人工操作
。然後性能降低警告持續響,愈來愈嚴重,最後自動駕駛跳掉失控,一路向下掉的途中水平轉5圈後貼大餅撞地

Magana : 記得atr在美國也有出一次除冰問題摔掉一下,後來說已經修改了新機制?

Bart : 不只美國,台灣也有20年前復興貨機結冰摔掉的案例,所以多年來增加了很多偵測裝置,警告跟程序,可是人不遵守程序的部分無法修改
