My toxic trait is ending every text with "<3" or "lol" because I don't want people to think I'm mad.

this is why I use tone tags. this is the very reason

Is there like a graphic that states what all the tone tags actually mean?

uhm I know there is but I don't know where. I was given one by either Lane or Lee (I forget which but they'd both have that resource) and I promptly lost it

/srs means serious
/nm means not mad
/lh is light-hearted
/ j is joking
/neg is negative
/otl is okay to like
/oti is okay to interac
/otig is okay to interact gently

that's most of my vocabulary with that but just those go really far
and any other ones I don't know I just spell out
like I would say perhaps "wow you're the worst /affectionate"
I know there is a shortened version for that one but idk what

oh and /pos is positive
I learned most of these through exposure
