I do think they could be wider (as the main lady of the final art does seem to be), but honestly I'm pretty content that they didn't take the coward's route.
I'm laughing at the third one at the very end (to the right), who very much has a Cats (The Musical) face. But I guess that might be for the folks who did just want miqo'te 2.0.
(I'm looking at their mouths and worrying fangs aren't in the stars, which would be a bummer! It would be the first inconsistency in character creation options between genders.)
You can see some face markings that are toggleable, the helion also shows that the ladies will have ear tip options like the men. (Pointed here, round in the trailer.)
They're obviously not done as of the trailer drop. (This is my gamedev experience talking, but also they full on swap models but keep the same palette at one point.)
chortled out loud at the Cats-face descriptor. (did you clarify “(The Musical)” to differentiate from the film or did you mean the film and you added it to differentiate it from the concept of cats?!)
(Though that's just the character creation structure. Lore-wise what determines a helion vs lost is whether or not the hrothgar is in service to a queen.)
I do think it's cool that the ladies' manes taper off into stripes, but at the same time I'm a little bummed that this means less area to apply a coat pattern to.
it's very funny that the hrothgar as a whole have come back around to "hey 1.0 devs why did you shave off the bestial features from mithra and galka, we're putting them back in"
it’s been... so long...
the longer it took, the more i was concerned that it would be mega-questionable
it was a choice. (a jellicle choice.)
- Lost: Cooler coat colors, slit pupils, no face markings.
