Went to Costco because I ran out of spaghetti sauce, cheese and Shake n Bake. Took 45 minutes to find and wait for a parking spot. What a gong show! Got out having spent under (barely) $200.00.

Lemongrass : a coating mix of spices for chicken. Coat the chicken pieces with the mix and put the chicken in the oven. Easy fried chicken.
