im really late to respond to this but no, never have done real trees. it's summer down here and i dont think there'd be much of a tree market anyway. the tree we have is a plastic one we;ve had since i was like six i think

for the record cygna i was also raised on real trees. specifically my mother exclusively used noble firs (which I will concede: they really are the best for ornament hanging)
