I was on a reddit thread with some devs and they mentioned everyone hates refactoring. I went ??? I love refactoring. Making code more useable, more easily understood, quicker? That's my favorite thing to do.

Their response was "lol you'll never be out of a job with that attitude"

Pretty much.

Refactoring is fun, looking at your old code isn't fun.

Because it's embarassing.
