whee pre-thanksgiving baking tasks complete

I have:
- made the dough for the rolls and stashed it in the fridge
- parbaked one of two pie crusts so it can accept its filling tomorrow

- made a quasi cream of mushroom soup-sauce for green beans

and I also have my work schedule for tomorrow drawn up so i know when i need to wake up and when the oven needs to be what temperature

good news is i don't need to start until 9:30 this year
