A few days early but...wow. I forgot how much fun fine dining can be.

Chocolate lettering. Bruleed cheesecake and dark chocolate espresso flourless cake. After the most perfectly medium steak I have had in years.

It was a very upscale steakhouse.

Like a hundred dollars a person if you do apps and desserts.

We are spoiling ourselves this week with museums and food and family occasions.

A good medium steak is hard to find, I agree.
