Senku is not really at home making a mess, and now that he's used to not having a lot he probably doesn't have much clutter either. He's in the habit of keeping everything tidy and he definitely shares his chores with Gen 50/50.

A skylight, definitely. He definitely has one installed and would make it a priority if someday he designs another house. He's definitely designed and built the house they live in now.

Senku definitely does decorate, not because he necessarily likes the holiday but he enjoys the challenge of making decorations and everyone else can enjoy them and the holiday.

I think Dion has a bit of a romantic ideal and desire to living a far more normal life. He'd be happy in a small house with a white picket fence. That's not very realistic in their world for him, but there's no harm in sometimes hoping for something different.

Dion puts a lot of stock into giving quality time to his partner, as much as he possibly can. That's a very difficult thing for him to pull off, so he sees time spent together as precious.

I think it really depends on the context. A straight up expression of love without anything else around it, he's likely to say it back. Mentioning love in the context of a discussion around his duty or anything else of that nature, he probably wouldn't. He'd offer regrets instead.
