omfg if work calls or texts me on my day off and wakes me out of a dead sleep one more time I'm going to scream. 5 am and again at 8 am. I've had 6 hours sleep because I can't just fall asleep again when I get woken up so abruptly. just because you're awake doesn't mean the rest of the world is too!!

I'm already exhausted working two jobs and now my day off is going to be sleep deprived which means I'm not going to get all the shit I need and want to do done!!!

Can you put your phone on do not disturb? I've been doing that when I really need to disconnect
