it's probably one of those fruits that are quite polarizing like durian. either you hate it ripe or you don't.
ex: I can eat durian candy but I can't eat the fruit itself. also...I like papaya ripe~ (well, just adequately ripe anyways.)

Kapag ripe masarap yung HK papaya compare sa local papaya.
